البيانات التي نجمعها

اسم المستخدم وبريده الإلكتروني، واسم المنشأة، وبيانات السيارات والسائقين وسجلات الصيانة والوقود التي تدخلها المنشأة.

استخدامها

نستخدم البيانات لتقديم الخدمة فقط: عرضها لأعضاء المنشأة، وإظهار التنبيهات والتقارير. لا نبيع البيانات ولا نشاركها مع جهات تسويقية.

التخزين والحماية

تُحفظ البيانات على خدمات Google Firebase في منطقة الدمام (me-central2). بيانات كل منشأة معزولة بقواعد أمان، ولا يصل إليها إلا أعضاؤها.

حقوقك

يمكنك تصدير بياناتك من صفحة التقارير، وطلب حذف حساب منشأتك وبياناتها بمراسلتنا على info@raeen.sa.

What we collect

Users' names and email addresses, the company name, and the vehicle, driver, maintenance and fuel records each company enters.

How we use it

Only to provide the service: showing it to the company's members and producing alerts and reports. We don't sell data or share it with marketers.

Storage and security

Data is stored on Google Firebase in the Dammam region (me-central2). Each company's data is isolated by security rules and only its members can access it.

Your rights

You can export your data from the Reports page, and request deletion of your company account and its data by emailing info@raeen.sa.
